What are the delivery costs ?

How can I pay ?

We accept payment by PayPal and our customers also have the possiblity to pay in advance via bank transfer.

How can I redeem coupons ?

You have a AMP Street coupon and would like to use this for your order? ...no problem!

The coupon code can be entered in your shopping basket. The value of the coupon is immediately subtracted from the shopping basket sum.

Coupon process:

1. Open our shopping basket
2. Type in your voucher code in the specified field
3. Coupon value is deducted from the order value automatically
4. Continue the ordering process
5. Completion of the order

After completion of the order the coupon is cashed in and invalid.

What about returns ?

If you are anything less than delighted with any item for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in saleable condition and in the original packaging. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information on our returns policy.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Outside Germany the customer has to bear the costs of returns.

The transportation costs arise per order, only once, independent of how many items are ordered.
