GENERAL

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders, processed by customers through the online shop of amp-street.com, Tegelbruksvägen 27, 126 34 Hägersten, Sweden. Owner: Leif Johansson. Prior to taking any legal or action otherwise, please contact us at support@amp-street.com to notify us of the nature of the query. All pages of this site including all pictures, and designs are property of AMP-Street and are protected by the Copyright Protection Act. Copying and distribution require the written consent of amp-street.com.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The product representations in the online shop serve as submission of an offer to buy. By placing the order you enter into a legally binding acceptance of offer to buy. Amp-street.com will accept your offer by dispatching the goods. However, offers will only be accepted if there are no errors in the description of the goods or their prices as shown on this website. In certain cases, we may ask you for proof of identification and generally reserve the right not to enter into contract. In the rare case that goods are not deliverable, amp-street.com reserves the right to accept an offer in part. As the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment is carried out alternatively by advance payment or Pay Pal. If you choose advance payment, we will inform you of our bank details in the order confirmation. The amount stated on the invoice has then to be transferred to our account. The buyer has to bear the cost for the transaction.
All Prices on our website are provided in Euro, inclusive of VAT. Shipping charges are not included in the price. Our complete Shipping and Handling Costs table can be found under Delivery. We reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time.
We generally deliver to the countries listed in the delivery table. If you require a deliver to a country that is not in listed, please contact our customer service. Delivery times, unless otherwise stipulated are between approx. 1-5 working days. All exact delivery times can be found under delivery. When ordering goods from amp-street.com for overseas deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

14 DAYS RETURN POLICY

Any goods that are not to your liking can be returned within 14 days of delivery without stating a returns reason. We have to ask you to return goods at your own cost. If the value of order is less than 40 Euro the return is free of charge for orders from Sweden. Please note: returned goods which show signs of use in excess of trying them on, may lead to a reduction in the refund given.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Amp-street.com is responsible for any damage to items, which occurs during the transportation of the good to the customer. If the goods arrive damaged, please return them to us for full refund. Please inform us immediately and within the first 2 days of arrival of goods damaged in transit. After this time, we can not take responsibility for any damage.

LIABILITY

Amp-street.comÂ’s liability for negligence shall be limited to the value of the individual transaction. Amp-street.com shall not be held liable for any indirect, or as a consequence of any special loss, despite any warning or advice to the likelihood of such losses.

PROTECTION OF DATA PRIVACY

Your personal information is used to process your order. This information remains strictly confidential and is only passed to such suppliers who deliver the product. These companies may use your data to fulfill your order but for no further purposes. With your consent we may also contact you for marketing purposes by e-mail or direct mail.

FINAL REGULATION

The terms and conditions of this contract are in accordance with Swedish law, excluding UN-commerce law, even when ordering from or delivering to a country other than Swedish. Should one point of these Terms & Conditions be ineffective, the contract remains effective. Instead of the ineffective regulation, the appropriate legal regulations are valid.
